Roger W. Calton
Roger Calton has been practicing law for over 25 years. Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, he graduated from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law in 1975.
Mr. Calton’s practice focuses upon medical issues and the laws which relate to health care in the United States. He has successfully litigated cases in over ten states, and argued cases in the Appellate Courts of several states. He is a member of the California Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association, and the American Health Lawyers Association. He frequently lectures on the topics of health care law, medical treatment and reimbursement, and personal injury.
After practicing for ten years in Kansas City, he and his family moved to Laguna Niguel in 1985, where he immediately became active in the community.
